Terms of use: How Picky Am I?

1. What this is
How Picky Am I? at picky.withartur.io is a free game run by Artur P., a private individual in Poland ("I", "me"). In the game you write your dating rules, see how many fictional people are left, and then swipe to find out whether you keep your own rules. By using the game, you accept these terms.
2. You must be 18 or older
The game is for adults only.
3. Everyone in the game is fictional
All the people in the game, including their photos and bios, were generated with AI. They don't show or describe real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended. If you think a picture looks like a real, identifiable person, email privacy@withartur.io and I will remove it.
4. The AI makes mistakes
An AI model interprets your rules and estimates who passes them. The results:
- are just for fun
- are not advice
- are not scientific
- say nothing true about real people or your dating prospects
5. Be decent
Please don't:
- type anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual
- type personal information about yourself or anyone else
- try to overload, scrape or misuse the game
- try to get around its limits or run up its costs
I may block access that looks like abuse.
6. Sharing
A challenge link contains the name you chose, your score and your pickiness verdict. A share image shows your rules, your score, your verdict and how many times you broke your rules while swiping. Anyone you send them to can read them. You decide whether to share them and with whom.
7. Who owns what
I hold whatever rights exist in the game, its code, text and images. You may share screenshots, share images and challenge links for personal, non-commercial use.
8. No guarantees
The game is free and provided "as is". It may be unavailable, change or shut down at any time. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.
9. Privacy
The privacy notice explains what data the game processes and why.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. This does not take away the protection you get from the mandatory law of the country where you live.
